Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Compliance / Notes
- Billing Cycle is weekly. Any missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by Supervisor prior to missing and will be paid with proof of approval.
- Overtime Policy: The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr. The holiday rate shall be defined as the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr.
- The on-call rate shall be defined in the Job Posting.
- For any 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the Agency is to invoice the All-Inclusive Rate for the entire shift. There is no elevated billing allowed for hours 9, 10, 11 & 12.
- Housing can be somewhat difficult to find. Credentialing should be sent in one batch, and updates are encouraged but should be completed at the same time.
- Agency will invoice directly for temp staff. Invoices shall be sent to the designated finance contact.
- Defined workweek begins Monday at 12:01am and ends the following Sunday at 11:59pm.
