We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center, a beloved institution in the Kenton community for nearly 40 years. About the Role:
As an LPN at Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and symptoms to the healthcare team
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
