Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant/Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be involved in the full-cycle month-end close process across multiple entities and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with various departments and have the opportunity to contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting. Responsibilities: Participate in the full-cycle month-end close process for multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare and record accruals in accordance with GAAP. Prepare and post general ledger journal entries. Process and reconcile employee expense reports using Concur. Support the accurate recording and reconciliation of commissions. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis. Contribute to the maintenance of accurate financial records and documentation. Participate in the implementation and optimization of NetSuite (or other financial systems). Support team during audits by preparing requested documents and providing explanations. Assist with high-volume transaction processing. Qualifications: 2+ years of progressive accounting experience. Experience with full-cycle month-end close processes. Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software. Experience with Concur or similar expense management software is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
