Behavioral Health RN Care Team Leader

Performs functions of assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned behavioral health patients on a unit during shift. Responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment. Promotes collaboration with all members of the health care team. Care Team Leader develops a work plan and provides clear directions and expectations for the care partner. 10k sign on bonus for those with 6+ months experience.

Shift: 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Every Other Weekend 36 Hours Per Week

Requirements:

• NC Board of Nursing (NCBON) licensure
• RN or LPN. BSN preferred
• Previous patient care experience preferred
• BLS at time of hire from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• De-escalation training (within 30 days)

Job Specific Standards:

• Performs direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Serves as a resource/role model to care partners and other health care providers
• Supports and adheres to clinical standards of care policies and procedures
• Supports Iredell Davis Behavioral Health with high standards for communication, collaboration, change management, and engagement provider relations
• Adheres to staffing plans
