About the Role You'll join as a Founding Member of Technical Staff, partnering directly with the founders and engineering teams inside acquired firms to identify problems, design AI-native workflows, and build production software from scratch. This is a true zero-to-one role where you'll own the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery and product thinking to engineering, deployment, and iteration. Qualifications 2–7 years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products as a full-stack or product engineer. Experience at a recognizable VC-backed startup (Seed–Series C), or a top-tier technical university such as Stanford, MIT, Cornell, University of Pennsylvania, or equivalent. Hands-on experience building production applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI technologies. Experience as a founder, founding engineer, forward-deployed engineer, or in customer-facing product engineering is highly preferred. Strong product thinking with the ability to translate customer problems into product decisions and ship solutions independently. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Interest or experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or industrial technology is a strong plus.
