Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychotherapy

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000+ (for full-time positions, salary + bonus) 

Job Overview:

UltaCare Medical, a leader in providing on-site healthcare services, is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential psychotherapy (talk therapy) services to residents of a nursing home. 

We remove the common burdens associated with many other similar roles.  We take care of all billing, credentialing, dealing with insurance, and other administrative tasks. This enables you to focus on what you are trained to do best, provide valuable talk therapy to the nursing home residents.  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with facility staff and administration, when appropriate, to provide an integrated patient experience. 
• Document visit notes within 24 hours of the visit.
• Provide psychotherapy to patients and occasionally to their families.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to patients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field from an accredited university.
• Active LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred but not required).
