Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive annual social strategies across major platforms to support core product initiatives. Lead content planning and copywriting for monthly social calendars, ensuring alignment with broad business priorities. Manage daily channel operations, engage with the digital community, and strategically curate user-generated content. Oversee influencer marketing programs, including research, outreach, and ongoing relationship management. Brief creative teams and independently capture trend-driven photo and video content for real-time social engagement. Track core metrics and utilize social listening insights to optimize campaigns and present data-informed recommendations. Qualifications 4+ years of social media experience, including 2+ years actively leading strategy and execution for a consumer brand. Demonstrated success in scaling brand presence on major social platforms while consistently tracking and meeting KPIs. Strong creative vision with hands-on experience capturing and editing photo and video content for social channels. Exceptional analytical abilities to synthesize data, monitor competitive trends, and drive data-backed decisions. Must be prepared to share a portfolio which showcases engagement analytics to shape and define social strategy and performance rates.
