Loyal Source is looking for Patient Sitters / Constant Observation Technicians (COTs).


About the Role


Patient Sitters / Constant Observation Technicians (COTs) work under the monitoring of staff Registered Nurses. These positions do not require prior education, experience, or certification.


Pay: $13.68/hr +$5.09 H&W


Required Qualifications

• No education requirements.
• No experience requirements.
• Must be willing to obtain a BLS certification (AHA)
• Contractor agency sitters will be monitored by staff Registered Nurses.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrates independent work initiative, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize workload and use effective time management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Demonstrates sensitivity to cultural diversity, race, gender, and other individual differences in the workplace.
