Boruff’s Auto Body in Maryville, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Auto Body Shop Car Detailer to join our team. You will be the final line of defense before a vehicle is returned to the customer, ensuring we deliver on our promise of complimentary detailing with collision repairs. Your primary job is to remove all signs of the repair process and deliver a flawless vehicle. While experience handling fresh paint and collision dust is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Post-Repair Wash: Wash vehicle exteriors to remove heavy body shop dust, primer overspray, and compound residue.
- Paint Correction: Buff, polish, and de-nib fresh paint to eliminate wet sanding marks, swirls, and scratches.
- Interior Reconditioning: Vacuum and wipe down interiors to eliminate tracking dust or debris from repairs.
- Detailing Jambs: Thoroughly clean trunk tracks, door jambs, and fuel door compartments.
- Final Inspection: Inspect completed vehicles closely to ensure strict quality control standards are met.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean wash bay and manage detailing chemical inventory safely.
