Qualifications Current PMHNP certification and unrestricted state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Excellent diagnostic, assessment, and communication skills. Experience in geriatric psychiatry or long-term care is preferred but not mandatory. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a flexible caseload.
