Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time & PRN

Advanced Care of Saint Joseph | Saint Joseph, MO

Full-Time: $42–50/hour, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus PRN: $55–65/hour Shift: Daytime hours

Vertical Health Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join our in-house therapy team in Saint Joseph, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with rehab facilities across Missouri, offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients
  • Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
  • Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
  • Use current equipment and modalities in our newly renovated therapy gym

What You'll Need
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

New to skilled nursing? Many SLPs here treat the same diagnoses seen in hospital settings with more time to connect with and care for each patient.
