Speech Language Pathologist

Position: Speech Language Pathologist Salary Range: $44/hr-$55/hr Schedule: 35 hours per week, including weekends - open to flexible schedule Position Type: Full-Time Location: SNF center Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at a SNF center. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients’ speech and language abilities Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on patients’ needs and abilities Provide therapy sessions to individuals and groups to improve speech, language, and communication skills Utilize a variety of techniques and tools to help patients with speech and language disorders Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving communication and managing speech and language disorders Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field and participate in continuing education opportunities Requirements Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Minimum of 1 year of experience in a SNF setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends and a willingness to adjust schedule as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
