Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team! You will be coaching and training children from our tots to youth program by hosting our fun soccer drills and games from an introductory to higher skill level to help children learn the basic fundamentals, develop skills and behaviors to become successful students and athletes.

Youth Coaches must have a background in soccer and are passionate about helping student-athletes reach their potential. With a talent for building communication, skill, and motivation in student teams, you are able to provide effective group and individual instruction to create exceptional experiences to help young players grow.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct practices
• Provide training direction, encouragement, motivation, and nutritional advice to help players improve their skills
• Adjust coaching techniques based on individual athletes
• Instruct individuals or groups in rules, strategies, and performance principles
• Use our program's-driven instructions in the teaching/learning process
• Build an engaging and safe environment for all student-athletes

Qualification s:

• College education or higher
• Successful coaching or teacher leadership experience preferred
• Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills
• Background in soccer (athletics, fitness, physical education, etc.)
