RESUMEN DEL PUESTO:
El Cocinero Lder de Lnea gestionar toda la planificacin, dotacin de personal, organizacin y capacitacin del rea de cocina y brindar servicios y/o apoyo al Range Caf y/o a los eventos en The Clubhouse bajo la direccin del Sous Chef o del Chef Ejecutivo. El Cocinero Lder de Lnea ayuda en la preparacin y ejecucin de los alimentos hasta convertirlos en platillos terminados para el servicio a nuestros invitados. Adems, este puesto apoya al Chef Ejecutivo y al Sous Chef para garantizar la calidad y que todas las responsabilidades requeridas se ejecuten y completen de manera constante.
LA COMPENSACIN Y LOS BENEFICIOS INCLUYEN:
- De $22.00 a $24.00 por hora, segn la experiencia
- 401(k), con contribuciones equivalentes de la compaa de hasta el 4%.

LAS FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO INCLUYEN:
- Ayudar al Chef y al Sous Chef en la preparacin y ejecucin de los alimentos
- Preparar todos los alimentos de acuerdo con las recetas estndar y segn lo especificado por la orden del evento/cliente.
- Supervisar la preparacin de alimentos y al personal de cocina para garantizar una produccin de calidad.
- Inspeccionar visualmente, seleccionar y usar nicamente alimentos de la ms alta calidad en la preparacin de todos los artculos del men.
- Revisar y controlar el almacenamiento adecuado de los productos y el control de porciones.
- Asegurar que todo el equipo est limpio y en buen funcionamiento.
- Mantener la limpieza general de la cocina.
- Hacer cumplir las prcticas sanitarias para la manipulacin de alimentos, la limpieza general y el mantenimiento de la cocina.
- Ayudar al Sous Chef con el inventario y, en ocasiones, realizar pedidos de alimentos con proveedores especificados.
- Realizar tareas generales de limpieza utilizando productos de limpieza estndar que cumplan con las normas de salud.
CALIFICACIONES:
- Mnimo de 2 aos o ms de experiencia como cocinero de lnea.
- Debe obtener la certificacin ServSafe dentro de los primeros 30 das.
- Tiene buen conocimiento prctico de los fundamentos de la cocina.
- Tiene buen conocimiento prctico de las normas aceptadas de saneamiento.
- Tiene conocimiento sobre la operacin de todo el equipo de cocina, por ejemplo, estufas/hornos, calderas, rebanadoras, vaporeras, batidoras, marmitas, etc.
- Tiene la capacidad de comprender recetas, medidas, cantidades de requisicin y tamaos de porcin.
- Mantiene una relacin laboral favorable con el personal para fomentar y promover la cooperacin y un ambiente de trabajo armonioso.
- Posee autodisciplina, iniciativa y habilidades de liderazgo.
- Tiene la capacidad de dirigir y motivar a otras personas.
- Tiene la capacidad de mantener la calma bajo presin.
