Respiratory Therapy Director

Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Respiratory Therapy Director! Bonus Incentive Program, Sign On, and Relocation! Responsible for the clinical and non-clinical management of the Respiratory Care Services departments, including the Respiratory Care department and Pulmonary Function Lab. Role involves directing operations in accordance with hospital policies and objectives, under the administrative direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Director plans, organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates all departmental resources to ensure high-quality patient care and measurable returns to the organization, community, and physicians. Director also oversees program development, staff supervision, budget management, organizational improvement, and regulatory compliance. Position oversees 16 FTES and 33 heads. RT – 12 FTEs and 22 heads EEG – 1 FTE, 4 heads Pulm Rehab – 2 FTEs, 3 heads We don’t do continuous EEG and the tech is on call on the weekends from 8a-12p. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree – Required 5+ years’ experience in Respiratory Therapy Required State of NH Respiratory Care Practitioner License Required #J-18808-Ljbffr
