Overview Naples Heritage Golf & Country Club is currently looking for a full-time Assistant Golf Professional who is eager to work in a fast paced, exciting environment. Golf Genius/GHIN/Chelsea/Jonas POS Training PGA Dues Paid Tournament Expenses Paid Leadership Opportunities Employee Meals Employee Uniforms Playing/Practicing Privileges Advancement Opportunities (Could turn into full-time position) Experience Required Prior experience in the golf business is preferred Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Essential Responsibilities Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations including but not limited to member pace of play and tee time allocation, billing of appropriate fees and opening and closing the golf shop. Assist with planning and promoting of all golf activities for Member play. Assist with merchandising and inventory control while maintaining an attractive, orderly appearance in the Golf Shop. Provide golf lessons to Members of all skill levels. Plays golf with Members of all skill levels to generate enthusiasm. Collect charges and fees for all golf-related activities. Organizes and conducts club tournaments and related events. Provide a visible presence on the course during peak times of play.
