We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on, detail oriented Property Care Specialist to maintain and care for our properties.  If you take pride in your work, love variety in your day and enjoy being part of a team that values professionalism and service, we want to meet you! 

 
What You’ll Do:

- Perform and maintain general property maintenance including repairs, inspections and upkeep of common areas. 
- Maintain beautiful grounds including mowing, trimming, landscaping, power washing, seasonal clean-up, etc. 
- Conduct routine property checks to identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems or complaint from property owners. 
- Assist with pool maintenance, minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry work as needed. 
- Communicate professionally with property managers, homeowners and vendors. 
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard. 

What We’re Looking For: 
- Prior maintenance, landscaping or handyman experience preferred (we’ll train the right person!). 
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
- Comfortable using hand and power tools. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
