Pur Skin Clinic is expanding its brand with a third location in the coveted South Lake Union district and we're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Aesthetic Care Coordinator to join our award-winning team.

As an Aesthetic Care Concierge (ACC), you are the heart of our premier medical spa locations in Seattle, Kirkland, and Edmonds. Using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will guide each patient through their aesthetic journey, ensuring they feel confident, comfortable, and well-supported. With a deep understanding of our aesthetic offerings, you will align patient goals with the appropriate treatments, products, and services- helping every patient look and feel their best.

Through patient education, service promotion, and outreach, the ACC plays a key role in driving the growth of the practice by creating genuine connections and sharing expert knowledge. Key responsibilities include ensuring patients receive an exceptional experience from initial consultation through follow-up, promoting services through strategic patient outreach and follow-up to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction, leveraging expert knowledge to provide value-driven recommendations that optimize patient outcomes and practice performance, optimizing scheduling to ensure efficient and timely coordination of appointments, consultations, and treatments, maintaining accurate patient records, facilitating seamless coordination between clinical teams and patients for a consistent patient journey, upholding an orderly and well-kept space, and staying ahead of the curve on industry trends, new treatments, and product offerings to provide up-to-date information to patients.

Flexibility to float to our Edmonds and/ or Kirkland locations based on clinic needs is also required.

Qualifications

Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or cosmetic dermatology preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times. Strong background in patient education and customer service, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills. Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and procedures is highly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Flexible availability 40 hours/ week, Saturdays required.

Physical requirements include knowledge of various aspects of patient care, good organizational skills to balance clerical and clinical duties, frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending, frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations, frequent use of the clinic phone, computer, and other clinic technologies, and the ability to travel and navigate through various transportation modes.
