Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years recent OR nursing experience
• Proficiency in general, orthopedic, trauma, neuro, and robotic surgeries
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, patient safety, and OR protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with robotic surgical systems
• Prior trauma or teaching hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS certifications
• Familiarity with on-call procedures and weekend scheduling

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Valid RN license in our state
• Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 8 and 12-hour shifts, including weekends and on-call rotations (no 12-hour only shift options)
• Willingness to participate in on-call responsibilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain)
