- Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity: Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
- Monthly Bonus Program: Additional earnings based on add-on repairs
- Pay Raise: Following paid training completion
- Career Track: Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
- Great Work/Life Balance: No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
- Time Off: Paid holidays and paid time off
- Stipends Provided: Wellness, mileage, and tool stipend included
- Team Meetings: Weekly meetings with breakfast provided
- Experience performing work using your hands. Common areas are construction, manufacturing, painting, or other personal hobbies.
- Facilities maintenance is a huge bonus but is not a requirement.
- Comprehending color and matching colors is essential to this job. You must be able to detect, evaluate, and reproduce colors.
- Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants
- Within 48 hours: We'll schedule an in-person interview
- Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete, and we celebrate your first day with a team lunch
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions

- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity

We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing.
