Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and set priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and needs.
• Re-assess patients to track progress and identify necessary interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans per Nursing Standards of Care.
• Participate in health education and discharge planning.
• Evaluate care plans and document timely interventions.
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Experience with the appropriate patient population.
• Effective communication skills tailored to patient developmental stage.
• Knowledge of patient rights and commitment to quality care.
