Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cerner, Sysmex, and CellaVision systems and will be able to handle complex samples including turbid specimens, platelet clumps, and abnormal cell findings proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and process a variety of complex samples in a high-volume environment.
• Conduct differentials with precision, especially in large neonatal units.
• Collaborate with laboratory team members to ensure effective workflow.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory safety and quality assurance standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within laboratory specialties.
• Certifications: ASCP, AMT, AAB.
• Experience in a large hospital laboratory (600+ beds) preferred.
• Proficient in using Sysmex and CellaVision systems.
• Experience in handling a variety of complex samples.
