Job Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for Saluda, Virginia. Position Details Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Location: Saluda, VA Immediate opening Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute plan of care for various patient populations in acute care setting. Oversee and supervise PTAs and support staff. Billing within setting guidelines. Comply with PT board rules and state regulations. Interface with medical center personnel and physicians for team‑focused care plan. Understand and use adaptive equipment. Assess and modify plan of care based on patient condition. Use medical center computer systems for daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation per state and insurance guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 6 months experience; new grads encouraged, 1 year preferred. 6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates. BLS certification required. State‑specific licensure. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, stoop for long periods. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, medical terminology. Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
