Registered Nurse - PCU Night Shift – Liberty, MO

• License/Certs: Active RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Experience: Minimum 1-year PCU RN experience; high acuity drip experience preferred, including arterial lines, Bipap-Airvo, etc.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry/step-down setting (PCU)
• Monitor and manage high-acuity patients with complex needs
• Administer medications, including drips and high-alert medications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Respond to emergent situations and assist in intervention as necessary
• Float as needed, with prior notice, to support other units when required

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Missouri or reciprocity
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of PCU RN experience
• Strong clinical skills with high acuity patient experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in holiday coverage
