This position will provide administrative support to our Buyer and assist with purchasing, inventory, and vendor coordination. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting with purchase orders and vendor communication
• Maintaining inventory records and processing inventory into our POS system
• Updating pricing and preparing quotes and invoices
• Performing data entry and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Coordinating with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely order processing
• Assisting with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Schedule:

• 3 days per week
• 4 hours per day (12 hours per week)

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience is required)
• Previous administrative, purchasing, retail, or inventory experience is preferred
• Experience with a POS system is a plus, but not required
