Senior Technical Program Manager
Santa Clara, CA - Hybrid ( Local to CA only) with 8+ years of expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) for x86 hardware platforms . The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional product development from concept through manufacturing, working closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and global contract manufacturers. Responsibilities include driving hardware validation, DFM/DFA/DFT initiatives, managing program schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful product launches. The role requires expertise in PCBA, ECO management, product characterization, and manufacturing readiness while identifying cost-reduction opportunities and improving product lifecycle processes. Experience with tools such as Arena, Jira, Valor, and CAD, along with strong supplier management, project management, and communication skills, is essential. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent programs while delivering high-quality hardware products on time and within budget.
