• Provide friendly efficient meal service to residents in a warm home-like dining environment
• Duties include taking meal orders serving food and beverages and ensuring proper portion control
• Assist residents with special dietary needs foster positive interactions and support a welcoming atmosphere that enhances residents overall dining experience
• Assist with basic food preparation portioning plating and meal assembly according to the daily menu
• Follow all safe food handling practices including proper hygiene temperature control and prevention of cross-contamination
• Operate the dishwasher and properly clean store and inventory dishware and kitchen supplies
• Maintain clean sanitized dining and kitchen areas including trash disposal and recycling

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School education/GED or previous work experience
• Experience in working in food service preferred
• 1 year of experience in Assisted Living
