Role Overview We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who is not just strong behind the screen but confident in the field. This person will play a hands-on role in content creation, design, editing, strategy, and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for visiting client locations to capture photo and video content, crafting on-brand creative assets, and delivering campaigns that resonate. You’ll also serve as a representative of Boiling Point, building strong client relationships and ensuring content aligns with their goals and brand voice. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute platform-specific social strategies aligned with each client’s objectives. Build content calendars, campaign briefs, and creative concepts. Identify trends and engagement opportunities to grow audience reach and impact. Content Creation & Production Visit client locations to capture photo, video, and behind-the-scenes content. Produce platform-ready content, including reels, carousels, stories, and motion graphics. Edit, package, and deliver content optimized for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. Manage asset organization and ensure the creative is consistently on-brand. Graphic Creation primarily in Canva Design & Creative Execution Create visually compelling graphics and short-form video that supports campaign goals. Collaborate with internal production, SEO, and digital ad teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints. Client Partnership & Representation Act as an extension of each client’s team, understanding their brand, audience, and priorities. Represent Boiling Point professionally during on-site visits and client interactions. Present creative concepts and strategy with clarity and confidence. Communicate performance metrics and actionable recommendations. Performance & Reporting Own the process from conceptualization to execution to results review. Track KPIs like engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, and audience growth. Use insights to optimize content and future strategies. Qualifications 1+ years of professional experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client setting. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, & Canva. Proven track record of building successful campaigns with measurable results. Ability to present strategy and creative to clients confidently and clearly. Familiarity with paid social ad formats, A/B testing, and performance metrics. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments. Desire to always learn and grow. Bonus Points Experience in tourism, automotive, or public sector marketing. Working knowledge of motion graphics or short-form video editing. Understanding of SEO, OTT/CTV, or integrated campaign planning.
