Manufacturing Machine Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Mechanic Falls, MEJob Type: Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Thursday I 6:30 AM - 5:00 PMPay: $29-$34 per hourAdecco is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client's manufacturing team in Mechanic Falls, Maine. This individual will independently maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance and routine equipment repairs independentlyDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systemsTroubleshoot equipment breakdowns and restore operations quicklyRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modificationsPerform tooling changeovers on production equipment while ensuring products meet specificationsImplement programs to minimize machine downtime and production changeoversUse machine shop tools to fabricate parts and complete repairsPerform additional duties as assigned by management in support of business goalsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred3 to 5+ years of industrial machine maintenance experienceWorking knowledge of building electrical systems and industrial equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityExperience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systemsAbility to interpret technical instructions, diagrams, and schematicsComputer skills including Microsoft Office and CMMS systemsBasic machinist experience preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsMust be able to climb ladders, bend, crouch, and work in confined or awkward spacesAbility to lift up to 50 poundsApply Today!
