As a ServiceNow Consulting Manager you’ll play a leading role in that mission, providing the competitive edge our clients need to overcome some of the biggest creative and technical challenges. Key Responsibilities Play a client‑visible leadership role, showcasing your ability to motivate and develop your team and establish new client relationships. Identify and define user/customer requirements with a focus on developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. Engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements. Lead effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects while focusing on quality and risk management. Engage regularly with external clients, actively participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Develop solutions to complex problems, recommend changes to policies, and establish procedures that impact your work area. Provide direction and feedback to team members, ensuring successful task completion. Skills and Attributes for Success Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project. Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore resources. Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services. Excellent business acumen with the ability to make fact‑based decisions and resolve conflicts. Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management implementations. Analyze company’s IT/OM Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, and provide recommendations. Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management to ITSM processes. Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower. Familiarity with OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms such as Armis or similar. Shape AI‑enabled asset management roadmaps that improve visibility, compliance, lifecycle risk management, and business value. Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops. Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk logs. Support pre‑sales efforts including creating proposals and estimates. Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline. Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Minimum of two of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations 5+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience. Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization. Experience leading teams and supervising others. A driver’s license valid in the U.S. Ability to travel to meet client needs. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response. Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus. Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower). Experience with Armis and other OT asset tracking platforms (e.g., Nozomi). What We Offer A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary range from $142,600 to $261,500 in all U.S. locations, with higher ranges for selected markets.
