Senior Program Manager

We are actively seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee and manage the execution of critical programs, ensuring successful delivery of high quality solutions while leading multidisciplinary teams to meet customer requirements. This is a direct hire, full time position. Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned defense programs Serve as the primary contact for program stakeholders, including government agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets, while monitoring performance metrics Manage program resources to optimize efficiency and productivity Identify and mitigate program risks to minimize impacts on objectives Ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual requirements Collaborate with business development teams to support program growth and proposal development Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in program management within the defense industry Strong understanding of defense acquisition processes, government contracting, and regulatory requirements Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and Agile methodologies Active security clearance or ability to obtain one Preferred Skills Advanced degree in a related field Proven experience leading and delivering complex defense programs Familiarity with risk management strategies and mitigation plans Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
