Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document medical histories and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient responses and side effects.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless healthcare delivery.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient conditions or emergencies.
• Maintain compliance with facility policy and procedures and healthcare regulations to promote patient safety.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing procedures, and healthcare protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
