Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Excellent communication
• Typing - ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
• Mathematics - calculating service costs and counting change.
• Basic computer skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and answer incoming calls with professionalism, urgency, and a customer-first approach.
  
• Listen to customer concerns, assess vehicle needs through a walkaround, and clearly explain recommended services.
  
• Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and upfront pricing using the ADP system.
  
• Review multi-point inspection findings, discuss additional service recommendations, and obtain customer authorization.
  
• Coordinate with technicians, dispatch repair orders, and ensure service needs and timelines are clearly understood.
  
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide timely updates on pricing, progress, and completion.
  
• Process payments, deliver completed vehicles, and ensure a smooth customer experience from arrival through final handoff.
