Responsibilities Creative & Brand Execution OverseethedevelopmentandexecutionofallgraphicdesignassetsforRetrofêteandSeroya. Ensureconsistentbrandidentityandvisualstandardsacrossallcustomertouchpoints. TranslatecreativedirectionfromtheArtDirectorintocompellingandeffectivedesignsolutions. Maintainandevolvebrandguidelinesandvisualsystems. Reviewandapprovecreativeworktoensurequality,consistency,andalignmentwithbrandstandards. Team Leadership Manage,mentor,anddeveloptheGraphicDesignteam. Prioritizeworkloadandallocateresourcesacrossprojectsandbrands. Establishprocessesandworkflowsthatimproveefficiencyandcreativeoutput. Provideconstructivefeedbackandsupportongoingprofessionaldevelopment. Fostercollaborationacrosscreative,marketing,merchandising,social,andcross-functionalteams. Marketing & Campaign Creative Leaddesignexecutionforseasonalcampaigns,productlaunches,promotionalinitiatives,andbrandstorytelling. Overseecreationofemailmarketingassets,digitaladvertisingcreative,socialmediacontent,andwebsitegraphics. PartnerwithMarketingandeCommerceteamstooptimizecreativeperformanceandcustomerengagement. Supportcampaignconceptingandexecutionfrominitialbriefthroughfinaldelivery. eCommerce & Digital Design Overseethecreativeupdates,homepagerefreshes,landingpages,promotionalassets,andmerchandisinggraphics. PartnerwitheCommerce,creative,andmerchandisingteamstoensureacohesiveandelevatedcustomerexperienceacrossalldigital channels. Developassetsthatsupportconversion,customeracquisition,andretentioninitiatives. Ensurealldigitalassetsareoptimizedforplatformrequirementsandbestpractices. Retail, Wholesale & Events Developcreativematerialssupportingretailstores,wholesalepresentations,tradeshows,andshowroominitiatives. Createvisualassetsforevents,activations,runway,andspecialprojects. PartnerwithRetailandSalesteamsonin-storemarketingmaterialsandcustomer-facingcollateral. Supportvisualstorytellingacrossexperientialandcustomerengagementinitiatives. Production & Asset Management Managedesignproductiontimelinesfromconceptthroughfinaldelivery. Maintainorganizedcreativeassetlibrariesandfilemanagementsystems. Coordinatewithexternalpartnersandvendorsasneeded. Ensurealldeliverablesmeetproductionspecificationsanddeadlines. AI & Creative Innovation LeverageAItoolstoenhancecreativedevelopment,efficiency,contentgeneration,andworkflowoptimization. Evaluateemergingdesigntechnologiesandidentifyopportunitiestoimproveteamproductivity. PartnerwiththeArtDirectortointegrateinnovativecreativesolutionswhilemaintainingbrandintegrity. Qualifications 5-8+yearsofgraphicdesignexperience,preferablywithinfashion,luxury,orlifestylebrands. Previousmanagementexperienceleadingcreativeorgraphicdesignteams. Strongportfoliodemonstratingexcellenceinbranding,digitaldesign,campaigncreative,andvisualstorytelling. ExpertproficiencyinAdobeCreativeSuite. ExperiencedesigningforeCommerce,emailmarketing,socialmedia,anddigitaladvertising. Strongunderstandingofprintproductionandassetdevelopment. Excellentprojectmanagementandorganizationalskills. Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment. Strongcommunicationandcollaborationskills. ExperienceleveragingAItoolswithincreativeworkflowsishighlypreferred.
