Senior Compensation Analyst

Company Overview: A leading non-profit environmental advocacy organization with over 3.1 million members and online activists is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst. This role will support compensation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with the organization's compensation philosophy and market competitiveness. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary compensation consultant to support HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Executives, and Managers. Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners and key leaders to proactively identify and resolve compensation-related matters. Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation analyses for new positions and significant job changes. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to develop competitive compensation recommendations. Support all aspects of the annual compensation planning process. Conduct ad hoc job description and compensation analyses, modeling, and reporting. Assist in the administration and continuous improvement of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Partner with the Compensation team on organization-wide compensation initiatives. Support the administration and maintenance of compensation programs for U.S. and international offices. Develop and facilitate compensation training and educational materials. Participate in international compensation survey submissions and market pricing activities. Support the ongoing administration and maintenance of compensation systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. At least 7 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or related HR functions. Hands-on experience with compensation software such as PayScale, PayFactors, or similar tools. Experience with international compensation programs and global market benchmarking. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for compensation analysis and reporting. Strong understanding of HRIS systems and compensation management tools. Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
