Hours/Shifts: Our openings include full-time, part-time 12 hour shifts only Day in the Life / Expectations Provide patient care to residents Comply with state and federal regulations. Work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
