The Outreach Representative is responsible for maintaining current accounts and actively seeking out and engaging new accounts. The Outreach Representative will understand the Turnbridge model and philosophy and present information to national accounts via tours and presentations.

250 client/500+ employee Adolescent Residential Treatment, Adolescent/ Young adult outpatient treatment/sober living behavioral health organization located in New Haven, CT.

General Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and referent relationships.
• Evaluate referent needs and build productive relationships.
• Attend and participate in Outreach team meetings.
• Achieve agreed upon KPI's within schedule.
• Coordinate outreach efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze territory for market potential and identify new accounts.
• Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, new services/centers, and other industry news.
• Resolve referent inquires by investigating problems, developing solutions, and communicating with referent and management.
• Document activity in CRM software.
• Attend national and regional conferences (if applicable)
• Attend on-site events 6-8x/year
• Participate in weekly supervision with supervisor

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an Outreach Representative or in similar role.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to build productive relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Excellent communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and delivery presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• The Outreach Representative candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
