Hutson Inc. Is Hiring Heavy Equipment TechniciansRoad and Shop Technicians (Agricultural Equipment)Equipment Technician Benefits:
- $20-$40/hr based on technician level
- $1,250 tool allowance annually
- Mechanic uniform allowance
- Overtime available
- Road Technicians are provided with a company vehicle
- Fuel Card
- PTO accrued immediately

- The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
- Mechanic must have the ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.
