Supply Chain Director

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and control costs. Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, procurement planning, and forecasting. Monitor purchasing compliance, supplier performance, inventory levels, and key metrics. Manage and develop teams across Purchasing, Stockroom, and Shipping. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support business growth. Maintain procedures, reporting, and analytics for suppliers and third-party logistics providers. Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven work environment. Qualifications 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience in an aerospace MRO environment. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience. Experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional initiatives. Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, financial reporting, and supply chain analytics. ERP experience required; Quantum experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of gas turbine engine operations is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
