Office Manager
The Office Manager will oversee general office operation and will coordinate all aspects of the daily office environment, including, but not limited to, planning and implementing projects that impact the entire office, planning office events and moves, and assisting with office space planning while maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and regulatory affairs compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Office Operations & Administration Oversee daily office activities to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced as needed Coordinate office layout, seating arrangements, and facility management
- Administrative Support Provide administrative support to leadership and other departments as needed Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the management team Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail Support HR with maintaining employee records, compliance documentation, and office policies Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries related to office procedures
- Finance & Budgeting Assist in tracking office expenses and managing budgets for office-related costs Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in coordination with the finance team Negotiate and manage contracts with office vendors, service providers, and building management
- Compliance & Safety Ensure office operations comply with health, safety, and legal requirements Implement and oversee office security measures, including access control and visitor management Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate workplace safety initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
- The wage range for this position is $74,330.00-$111,490.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
Qualifications include:
- Education • Associate's Degree (Required) • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Preferred)
- Experience • 5+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience. (Required)
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Organizational and multitasking abilities High• Written and verbal communication skills High• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software Medium• Work independently and problem-solve effectively Medium• Interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Medium• Knowledge of HR procedures and basic accounting principles Medium
