Your Impact On Our Telemetry Team As a Registered Nurse on our Telemetry Medical-Surgical Unit, you’ll be a vital guardian of our patients’ cardiac and overall health. You will: Master Telemetry Monitoring: Assess and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition. Provide Advanced Medical Care: Manage complex medical conditions, administer medications, perform wound care, and deliver holistic care to a diverse patient population. Be a Critical Responder: Use strong assessment skills to identify and address emergent situations, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Work Agreement Shift type/Length: Varies Weekend/Holiday Rotation: n/a On-call Expectations: n/a Job Requirements What We're Looking For (Your Essential Qualifications): Education: A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred. Licensure: Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state. Experience: While new grads are welcome, we especially seek RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty. Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months. Essential Skills : A keen eye for cardiac rhythms, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication, adaptability to fluctuating patient needs, and a commitment to patient safety.
