Cannonball Recruiting is placing seasoned CNC experts into direct‑hire roles across Pennsylvania job‑shop and production environments. You’ll contribute to parts used in aerospace, marine, medical device, and nuclear/power applications—on platforms you already trust like Haas, Okuma, Doosan, and Mazak.

What you’ll do

• Own setups and operations on CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and multi‑axis equipment
• Translate drawings, manuals, and GD&T into repeatable, accurate parts
• Cut diverse metals with confidence
• Measure and verify with CMMs, micrometers, depth gages, and other inspection tools

What you bring

• Demonstrated CNC mill or lathe operation
• Proven CNC mill or lathe setup skills
• Changeover experience to keep jobs moving
• Strength in CNC Programming and CNC Machine Setup & Changeover

Compensation & schedule

• Pay: $25–$40/hour (direct hire)
• Shifts: 1st (Mon–Fri) and 2nd (Mon–Fri)
• OT: Available

• CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC): Fanuc, Bridgeport, Mazak, ProtoTRAK, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Kitamura, Makino, Brother, Hurco, Dmg Mori Seiki
• CNC Lathe (2–4 axis): Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Takisawa, Dmg Mori Seiki, Samsung, Murata, Fuji, Nakamura, Hyundai - Wia
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC): Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Matsuura, Mikron, Dmg Mori Seiki
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis): Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Index, Eurotech, Miyano, Dmg Mori Seiki, Samsung, Nakamura
