A growing quick-service restaurant group is seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in Hinesville, Georgia. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, consistent food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, recruit, train, and develop team members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Manage restaurant financial performance, including P&L, sales, labor costs, food costs, inventory, and profitability.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve sales, productivity, and operating results.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels, effective scheduling, and labor productivity.
• Establish a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, company procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor service speed, order accuracy, and operational execution during peak business periods.
• Identify performance gaps, resolve operational challenges proactively, and implement process improvements.
• Partner with company leadership to achieve business goals and support continued growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume quick-service restaurant environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience with established QSR brands such as McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, Whataburger, Jack in the Box, or comparable high-volume concepts is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L management, sales performance, food and labor cost controls, and inventory management.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining restaurant teams.
• Ability to develop Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers into effective leaders.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Commitment to food quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ideally located within approximately 30 minutes of Hinesville, GA.
