Staff Appraiser

We are seeking a Certified Residential Appraiser with experience in modern collaborative valuations to join our First Coast and Central Florida teams (Duval, Clay, Nassau, Saint Johns, Flagler, Volusia, Seminole). Compensation and Incentives Pay Range: $48,000–$150,000 (Base + Incentive Bonus) Monthly Incentive Plan: Earn additional bonuses based on performance, volume, or efficiency—paid monthly. Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle: Direct deposit every two weeks. Allowances and Support Health Insurance Allowance: Monthly stipend for preferred provider.
