Affordable Property Manager (Part-Time)

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a part‑time Affordable Property Manager for the 15‑apartment Minerva Apartments community. The role requires exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day property management, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, and screening prospective residents. Collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements. Responding to after‑hours emergencies and administering landlord/tenant laws, state and federal labor laws, fair housing laws, and safety protocols. Performing bookkeeping tasks such as rent collection and report preparation. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Part‑time, two (2) days a week during Monday‑Friday between office hours of 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Weekly Contracted Hours: 16–19 hours. Hourly Rate: $22.00–$24.00 per hour. Additional Compensation: Monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement. Benefits The Affordable Property Manager is eligible for benefits starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Experience with Yardi Property Management Software (preferred). Basic proficiency with MS365 tools (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel). Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages). Bookkeeping experience with rent collections and reports. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail. Availability for after‑hours emergencies. Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, state and federal labor laws, fair housing laws, and safety protocols. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
