An essential function of this position is to fully embrace and represent these core values in our daily work life and relationships.Platform Enablement & EngineeringDesign, implement, and maintain self-service platform capabilities that streamline application delivery, observability, and operational workflows across the organizationDevelop infrastructure and tooling that supports scalable CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and deployment automation using Azure DevOps, Terraform, GitHub, and ARM templatesStandardize and automate platform operations including provisioning, configuration management, secrets management, and runtime orchestrationObservability & Reliability EngineeringEngineer comprehensive observability solutions (logging, metrics, traces) using tools such as Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry, and DatadogImplement reliability patterns and SRE-inspired practices to improve service performance, availability, and scalabilitySecurity & Compliance IntegrationEmbed secure-by-default practices into platform tooling and pipelines to support DevSecOps principles.Ensure that platform components and services adhere to security baselines, compliance standards, and monitoring for potential threatsProtect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and technology assets against unauthorized disclosure, destruction and/or alteration in accordance with policies, standards, and proceduresCollaboration & MentorshipCollaborate closely with application developers, cloud engineers, data teams, cybersecurity, and product teams to ensure smooth integration of platform services across the SDLCMentor team members and foster a collaborative culture of continuous learning and shared ownershipIncident Management & Operational ExcellenceParticipate in incident response efforts, root cause analysis, and blameless post-mortems to continuously improve platform resilienceContribute to the operational support model, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation as neededServe as an escalation point on platform monitoring, tools, and general cloud infrastructurePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science in IT related fieldFive or more professional certifications relevant to cloud, DevOps, or securityDemonstrated expertise in Azure ecosystem, including identity, networking, and compute services.Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, and Ansible.Strong background in CI/CD systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes on Azure), and platform-as-aservice (PaaS) offerings.Proficient in observability tooling and practices across cloud-native and hybrid environments.Solid grasp of cloud security practices and integrating security into infrastructure and application delivery pipelines.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities in a cross-functional team setting.Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
