Job TitleMajor Duties And ResponsibilitiesActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Code and perform unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution while adhering to business and technical requirementsCode, test, debug, and enhance softwareWrite programs according to specificationsParticipate in code review sessions to validate adherence with development standardsDevelop and maintain technical documentationServe as an escalation point to resolve incidents and problems with software supported by the teamGenerate reports and/or data through database management, data administration, and data extraction techniquesProvide system analysis and improvement recommendationsIdentify and recommend system designs/requirements for software enhancements with senior team membersImplement, monitor, test, and audit new software programs to maximize efficiency of software systemsParticipate in continuous performance improvement sessions to discuss opportunities to improve processes and/or standardsCoordinate with technical teams to analyze and resolve software related problems causing operational difficulties, advising on specialized features and functionsFollow established configuration/change control processesWork with team to evaluate workloadSkills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishExpertise in Java (17 or above)Experience with open source technologiesExperience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworksStrong understanding of Scrum/Agile development methodologiesCapable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervisionStrong understanding with infrastructure automation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong understanding of build automation technologies (Gitlab)Strong understanding with monitoring technologies (Splunk, DataDog)Strong experience with building APIs and services using prevailing design models (REST, SOAP)Experience with scripting languages (Perl, Shell)Experience with software security principles and patternsExperience with AWSRequired Skills: - 8+ years of backend Java development - Java 17 or higher - Spring Boot - Kubernetes - API development - MUST have strong experience in an Enterprise environmentBasic Qualification :Additional Skills :RemoteBackground Check: YesDrug Screen: No My3Tech
