Inpatient Oncology RN Case Manager — NYC

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY is hiring an inpatient RN Case Manager. You’ll provide case management for oncology patients, coordinate discharge planning, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and ongoing care. Strong nursing judgment, communication, and advocacy are essential.
