Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor - LCSW

Work Arrangement

This position will begin on a part-time basis , with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as Mindify’s clinical needs and programs continue to grow.

The position is primarily remote and requires periodic onsite visits to Mindify’s partner adult day care centers and other locations throughout New Jersey.

Onsite responsibilities may include staff orientation and clinical training, supervision meetings, and other clinically related activities. The frequency and location of onsite work will vary based on organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to therapists and other assigned clinical staff.
• Offer clinical consultation, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
• Review clinical documentation and support the goal of closing 98% of progress notes within 48 hours.
• Ensure assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Conduct monthly chart reviews and address documentation or quality concerns.
• Monitor therapist caseloads, productivity, and clinical service delivery.
• Participate in clinical meetings at the request of the Clinical Director.
• Support therapists with complex cases, crisis situations, and risk-management concerns.
• Assist with corrective action plans related to clinical performance or documentation.
• Participate in clinical onboarding, orientation, and competency training.
• Promote evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey LCSW license in good standing.
• Meets current New Jersey requirements to provide clinical supervision to applicable social work staff.
• Previous clinical supervision or behavioral health leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, treatment planning, quality assurance, compliance, crisis response, and risk management.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide effective supervision in both remote and onsite settings.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel periodically throughout New Jersey.
• ACS, CCS, or another relevant supervisory credential preferred when applicable to the disciplines being supervised.

Compensation

• Part-time: $45–$55 per hour
• Full-time: $85,000–$100,000 annually

The selected candidate will begin part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on organizational growth, clinical needs, and performance.

Compensation is based on experience, licensure, supervisory credentials, schedule, and assigned responsibilities.
