Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for a growing manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance department, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production goals in a safe and efficient manner. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of two maintenance technicians and provide hands-on leadership in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of two maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Ensure equipment uptime and support production schedules.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Manage maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventory.

Essential Skills

• Troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in maintenance supervision.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

This is a 1st shift opportunity in a non-climate-controlled environment, ideal for candidates who thrive in a hands-on, industrial setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, IN.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lebanon,IN.
